The Leasing Agent is responsible for handling the leasing process from listing to move in. This position is often the face of Real Property Management Richmond Metro. The role touches the leasing process from introduction through occupancy and is responsible for maintaining trust and communication from the initial inquiry to the on boarding of the resident. The Leasing Agent is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the Leasing Agent is a natural communicator with good negotiation skills, the ability to work independently and a professional demeanor.

Virginia Real Estate salesperson license is REQUIRED. SALARY PLUS COMMISSION! 40 Hour work week, Monday-Friday, NO WEEKENDS! 

  1. Handling inquiries from prospective tenants
  2. Adhering to customer service and sales standards throughout the whole leasing process
  3. Preparing advertisements for available rental properties
  4. Showing properties to prospective tenants and walking them through the leasing process
  5. Maintaining an accurate, up-to-date record of available rental properties
  6. Preparing property condition reports
  7. Responsible to submit weekly feedback from prospective renters for vacant properties
  8. Processing Rental Applications while adhering to Fair Housing Regulatio
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
