Maintenance Technician

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting all of the business’s maintenance activities.  Strong candidates will bring a full range of knowledge (including but not limited to) general handyman skills, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry walling, landscaping, and HVAC. The Maintenance personnel will perform tasks assigned by the maintenance coordinator and authorized by the company.  This position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of the Real Property Management Three Rivers.

We provide fuel reimbursement, training as needed, and a supportive, fun and constantly changing atmosphere.
 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Application and knowledge of general maintenance work and repairs
  2. Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
  3. Perform work in a timely manner
  4. Communicate effectively and professionally with tenants
  5. Manage all incoming work orders including scheduling with tenants, performing the work and closing out work order
  6. Maintain established customer service standards for both owners and tenants
  7. Protect and promote the company culture and morale
  8. Occasionally assist with after-hours emergency maintenance issues

  1. Must have some prior experience, we will provide training

  9. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results 

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in maintenance or suitable experience in residential repairs
  2. Own tools necessary for basic maintenance functions
  3. General maintenance and repair knowledge
  4. Local area knowledge
  5. After hours calls and site visits as necessary
  6. Loyalty and Dedication to our team

 
Compensation: $18 to $20 starting
