We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Maintenance Technician for Real Property Management Seacoast New Hampshire. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing basic maintenance for the properties we manage throughout the Seacoast area of NH. Strong candidate will bring a full range of knowledge (including but not limited to) general handyman skills, plumbing, carpentry, dry walling, landscaping, and HVAC. The position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of our organization.
- Provide basic maintenance for managed properties as assigned
- Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
- Perform work in a timely manner
- After-hours calls and site visits as necessary but not frequently required
- Other duties as assigned
- 1-2 years’ experience
- Handyman certification preferred but not required
- Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
- General maintenance and repair knowledge
- Willingness to learn
- Must provide own tools necessary for basic maintenance functions and reliable transportation
- Willingness to be on-call
This position will be paid by billable hours and may be required to be on-call after hours.
