Real Property Management Alamo “RPM” is the leading property management company in the real estate industry with over 400 offices nationwide. World Class Property Management Company is searching for an experienced for a Maintenance Coordinator to provide leadership and oversight within day-to-day operations. In this role, you will ensure that maintenance standards are achieved and sustained across a residential portfolio in surrounding areas of San Antonio. You will coordinate maintenance operations, obtain the best value for its maintenance and capital expenditure dollars, as well provide leadership to senior maintenance and site team members.
 
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Coordinator with experience, strong customer support and problem-solving skills and a stellar track record of performance in a fast-paced environment. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the operational challenges and driving the growth of our property management office while delivering best in customer service. This is an office job with minimal out of the office work, you will be dispatching and coordinating with vendors and tenants the majority of the time. 

Job Description:

  • Project Management including tracking Work Orders
  • Utilize a coach and teach methodology to ensure the quality of professional services provided
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Interface with various internal cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, IT, Vendor Management, and Sales
Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, project and time management skills, able to address multiple projects/requests and meet tight deadlines with ownership and accountability
  • Ability to shift priorities quickly and remain calm and focused under pressure
  • Must have quick decision-making abilities
  • Must be a person of integrity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must possess a strong desire to be part of a world-class support team-high professional standards, good judgment and a positive attitude are essential

Experience:

  • Maintenance Coordination / Administration: 1-3 years experience
Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)
Location:

  • San Antonio, TX (Required)
License:

  • Texas Driver's License (Required)
Language:

  • Bilingual a plus. 
Compensation: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
