3 - 5 years of experience

Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
General maintenance and repair knowledge
Willingness to learn
Must provide own tools necessary for essential maintenance functions
Willingness to be on-call 24/7

This is a 1099 contractor position. Must hold correct and up-to-date licenses and insurance.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
