- Process applications and send leases to qualified applicants
- Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and vendor services to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
- Collect monthly rental payments and follow up with delinquent residents
- File evictions on delinquent accounts when appropriate
- Conduct move-in, periodic, and move-out evaluations
- Manage and oversee make ready process after resident’s move-out
- Coordinate utility services
- Prepare and send lease renewals
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local housing laws and regulations
The successful applicant will have experience in customer facing roles and will have the ability to quickly learn new software applications with the proper training.
