- Assist the Property Manager and Office Manager with day-to-day operations
- Conduct property inspections and document findings accurately
- Maintain organization of the office and key management systems
- Support property showings and interact professionally with prospective tenants
- Enter inspection reports and work order details into company software systems
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, “how can I help?” mindset with a willingness to take initiative
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with a sense of urgency
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of office administration practices
- Familiarity with residential property maintenance is a plus

• $1,500 sign-on bonus
