Status: Full-time
Real Property Management Southland is in search of a bilingual remote team member to assist with
administrative tasks at our growing property management business. We would like for this person to
have high fluency in both English and Spanish, high speed internet, reliable computer setup, and a
quiet working environment. Salary will be paid twice a month via Remitly, or similar service.
Role: This person will be responsible for administrative tasks such as, screening applications, verifying
renter’s insurance compliance, delinquency calls, data entry, file reviews, inbound phone calls, and
other tasks as assigned by property managers.
Requirements:
● High speed internet access
● Webcam for meetings
● Quiet working environment
● High fluency in both English and Spanish
● Google suite knowledge
● EXCELLENT customer service skills
● Comfortable speaking with customers daily
● Detail oriented
● TEAM player
● Property management knowledge is preferred but not required
● Available between the hours of 8:30am-5pm PST
