We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Portfolio Associate for Real Property Management Bakersfield. Your primary responsibilities in this position will include, but not limited to: constantly improving the tenant relationship through prompt communication, expedited problem solving, and complaint management resolution.

Specific Duties

  • Manage violations (HOA, compliance, complaints)
  • Facilitate move-out process from start to finish
  • Manage all tenant communication
  • Manage delinquency and collecting outstanding balances 
  • Support notice preparation and distribution
  • Support the squad and needs of the team on a daily basis

Qualifications

  • 2 years’ related experience
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule

  • Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
