Looking for maintenance coordinator to write bits, schedule and assign jobs, follow up status, communicate job status to owners & property supervisor, provide quotes and obtain funding, ensure accurate record and pay technician accordingly.
 prefer Experienced B2 licensed contractor.

 We receive work order 24/7 from residences. Maintenance coordinate is responsible to provide estimate to landlord, get approval and funding, assign technician to resolve issues.
 Maintenance coordinator need to Schedule maintenance, follow up status and communicate progress to landlord, tenant & property manager.
 Enter bill with proper attachment & photos, update record daily.
 Must attend Weekly office staff meeting to report progress.
 Need to communicate in English, Spanish (Chinese is a plus)
