We are seeking an experienced Carpenter or Construction worker to assist with renovations of residential properties. This is a full-time , permanent position. Helpful skills would be carpentry, framing, structures, general maintenance for interior and exterior of a house. JOB DUTIES:
- The ability to perform various laborious tasks requiring the use of hand or power tools, I.E.; shovel, rake, saw, drill, and other tools of the trade.
- The ability to perform various laborious tasks requiring the handling of various construction materials, repairing and renovating residential properties.
- Follow all safety rules and keep work area and tools in clean and orderly condition, visual attention required to avoid hazards and mistakes. Normal care necessary to prevent injury to others, due to inherent hazard.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, follow instruction, work without supervision.
- Working positions do not require any specific credentials or knowledge, however the ability to read, writing, add, and subtract of whole numbers, track job time and materials would be required.
- Responsible for preventing damage to tools and equipment being used to perform and complete task assigned.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Position requires the ability to climb, to grasp, to push and pull, to bend at the waist, to walk and stand for long periods of time. Position requires the ability to express or exchange ideas by means of spoken word and receive detailed information through oral communications. Challenging working conditions with continuous exposure to dust, dirt, seasonal temperature variances, wet cement, and elements in regards to construction.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
