Real Property Management -Richmond Metro is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Specialist to join our growing team. We are fast growing company looking for growth minded employees that are seeking to be a part of family/team driven organization. We are looking for experienced applicants in HVAC, and we love training motivated individuals. You will be provided with the proper software training to perform HVAC maintenance tasks, a starter tool kit where needed and a career path with multiple possibilities. You must be driven, organized and a team player.

Our industry is 9-5pm so will need to be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week as well as opportunity for nights and weekends if desired. With that being said, we understand you have a life outside of work and we do our best to accommodate schedules. You must have a valid drivers license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC equipment
Willing to continue education and training outside of normal working hours
Maintain truck Inventory
Provide 5 Star Customer Service
Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in maintenance or suitable experience in residential repairs
HVAC Journeyman's License required - Master preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
