We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Maintenance Technician for Real Property Management Results. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing basic maintenance for the properties we manage throughout Southwestern Indiana. Strong candidate will bring a full range of knowledge (including but not limited to) general handyman skills, plumbing, carpentry, dry wall repair, painting, landscaping, and HVAC.

We offer a competitive compensation plan, including a matching retirement plan, paid vacation days, and use of a company truck. Pay scale is based on experience with the opportunity for a pay increase after the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide basic maintenance for managed properties as assigned
Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
Perform work in a timely manner
After-hours calls and site visits as necessary
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

3 - 5 years experience
Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
Ability to work independently
General maintenance and repair knowledge
Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Must provide own tools necessary for basic maintenance functions
Trade school certifications helpful
