Person must be able to communicate in English and Spanish, (Chinese is a plus)
Person must have dependable Transportation, willing to work real estate profession hours.

We are looking for person with good people skills, experienced in communicating with property owners, understand owner's requirements; communicate with residential & Commercial tenants, Homeowner association board of directors.
Duties include but not limited to move-out, rent ready requirements, lease out property over market price, move-in condition reports, take over evaluation, non-compliance / correction process, monthly property visit and evaluation, follow up on maintenance requests, supervise technicians; annual property inspection and evaluation, review monthly owner statement, ensure data integrity, conduct HOA Board and member meetings.
Skills required: good communication skills, good people skills, prefer Bi lingo (Spanish & English), good computer skills, able to organize date and use social media, must have reliable transportation, Real Estate Agent license is helpful but not necessary, must be willing to work weekends for leasing and maintenance issues.
Base pay plus bonus on leasing commission; we are a small company; growth depends on hard work and customer satisfaction.
