We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Maintenance Coordinator to oversee our growing maintenance division. This position will coordinate, schedule and bring resolution to all maintenance requests and perform property reviews and assessments.
Strong candidates will be well organized, have a sense of urgency, possess the ability to communicate well and be dedicated to timely and quality work. They will also come equipped with efficient problem solving skills, outstanding team spirit and a strong desire to be part of a growing successful family venture.

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in maintenance management or suitable experience in residential repairs
- Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with tenants, owners, vendors, and staff
- Manage all incoming work order flows including scheduling, reporting of summary findings and maintaining property management software system
- Perform property reviews (periodically and during tenant move in and move out) and related tasks
- Continually plan, refine and redevelop job methods and procedures
- Promptly respond, pursue and resolve customer (tenants and owners) and vendor issues.
KEY ATTRIBUTES
- Must have excellent technical skills and computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets and ability to adapt to new softwares
- Knowledge of Appfolio Property Management Software is a Plus
- Residential Property Management or Real Estate knowledge a Plus
- Highly organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer focus
- Detail conscious & sense of urgency
- Self driven and able to work independently
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results

Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
