The Account Owner is responsible for managing a specific portfolio of properties and providing those Owners with top-tier customer service and excellence in management services. Must demonstrate leadership and create trust with owners and tenants (both current and prospective), our maintenance team, contractors, and other vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Property management experience not needed but is a plus
- Customer service experience
- Local area knowledge
- Basic maintenance knowledge not needed but is a plus
- Computer proficiency—Microsoft Office
- Managing Referrals across Departments
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take all owner communication- Phone call, emails, and texts.
- Complete move out inspections
- Complete deposit depositions
- Communicate with owners on vacancies, property updates, rent collections, renewals, etc
- Review owner statements
The Account Owner is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the Account Owner is a natural communicator with good communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a professional demeanor. The job opening is for a full time position, Monday thru Friday, 8:30am-5pm. 90 day probationary period. At the end of that time, 2 weeks PTO is given plus 401K matching up to 5%. Once you've been through your 90 day probation you will be eligible for a raise based on performance.
Compensation: $34,000.00 - $37,500.00 per year
