Real Property Management (RPM East San Gabriel Valley & RPM Ventura) is hiring a dependable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to support ongoing residential maintenance work. This is a 1099 contractor position with consistent work available.
PAY
- $250 per full day
- $125 per half day
- Weekly pay
- Steady work for high performers
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- General residential repairs
- Minor plumbing: toilets, faucets, leaks
- Minor electrical: outlets, switches, lights
- Door & lock repairs
- Drywall patching
- Paint touch-ups
- Caulking & sealing
- Punch-list / turnover tasks
EXPECTATIONS
- Show up on time
- Communicate clearly with office staff
- Take before/after photos
- Provide brief notes on work completed
- Keep work areas clean
- Represent Real Property Management with professionalism
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have your own vehicle
- Must have your own basic tools
- Able to work independently
- Experience in handyman, maintenance, or construction strongly preferred
- Able to travel Pasadena ↔ Simi Valley
- 1099 contractor (not a W2 employee)
